When is the Flyway Deputy Expected to Ship?

How is Jahpoo Sustainable?
At Jahpoo we strive to have as little of a carbon footprint as possible. We achieve this by using compostable packaging products, re-use any plastic & mechanical pieces as applicable. We have a strenuous recycling program in the shop. A long with partnering with wildlife conservation programs here in the US, 50% of proceeds from all merchandise sales go directly to Conservation agencies. #ProtectTheDucks

Do you guys have a Warranty?
Limited Warranty for Duck Decoy Products Only. Jahpoo warrants the duck decoy products sold on the Website to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt) at the time warranty service is requested. No additional warranty “registration” is required. Please include a complete description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number and a copy of the original proof of purchase. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found by us, we will, at our option, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear; (b) asserted defects caused by modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature; (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgements.
Should the defects not be deemed to meet these limited warranty requirements, Jahpoo will charge a reasonable repair or replacement charge plus return shipping, which purchaser must pay prior to shipping back to purchaser. However, we will repair any duck decoy product returned with either a reusable motor or decoy body for a charge not to exceed $30.00, plus return shipping.
Is there a Return Policy?
From date of purchase customers have up to 90 days to return the product, to be free from original defects in the materials and workmanship. Send us an email at info@jahpoo.com a long with your receipt and we'll get right back to you.
