At Jahpoo Outdoors, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and securely. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak season or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship to addresses in the continental U.S. using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping speed. Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out by subscribing to our newsletter.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Jahpoo is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@jahpoo.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
Event & Show Sales
Products purchased in person at trade shows, hunting expos, or events will not be shipped. These are direct pickup items and are subject to availability on-site.

Return Policy (Flyway Deputy and Rechargeable Battery)
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items will be refunded at the original transaction price. Only the Flyway Deputy and rechargeable battery are eligible for return; all other merchandise sales are final. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method for proof of delivery.
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Jahpoo Outdoors, either through our website or at a game show. For products purchased from authorized dealers, please refer to the dealer’s return policy.
Warranty (Flyway Deputy Only)
Jahpoo warrants the duck decoy products sold on the Website or at an authorized dealer to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) at the time warranty service is requested. No additional warranty registration is required. Promotional items are not eligible for warranty or return policies; this ensures fairness to all of our customers who benefit from promotions.
To request warranty service, please complete and submit our Warranty Return Form along with the following:
- A complete description of the problem
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A copy of the original proof of purchase
All transportation, insurance, and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found by us, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the product.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear
- Defects caused by modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature
- Subjective claims involving personal preferences or judgments
Non-Warranty Repairs
Should the defects not meet the limited warranty criteria, Jahpoo will charge a reasonable repair or replacement fee plus return shipping, which the purchaser must pay prior to the product being shipped back. However, we will repair any duck decoy product returned with either a reusable motor or decoy body for a charge not to exceed $50.00, plus return shipping.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return of the original item. Upon approval of the return, customers may place a new, separate order for the desired product. This process ensures availability and timely fulfillment of the replacement item.

"Pure Bliss" Guarantee
We accept returns under the Pure Bliss Guarantee within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided the decoy is in good working condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, and includes a brief description or photo of your field use. This policy applies only to the Jahpoo Flyway Deputy decoy.
If you don’t experience “Pure Bliss”, the feeling of relief, relaxation, happiness or enjoyment experienced by the average hunter while duck hunting (you should probably see the doctor if you don't experience this) you may be eligible for a full refund. Sale items will be refunded at the original transaction price, deducted the price of shipping.
Jahpoo reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or bad faith. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method for proof of delivery.
