Jahpoo warrants the Flyway Deputy duck decoy to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase, subject to the limitations set forth below.

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Requires a copy of the original proof of purchase
• Does not require additional registration

To request warranty service, submit our Warranty Return Form along with a complete description of the problem, your name, address, and telephone number, and a copy of the original proof of purchase.

All transportation, insurance, and freight charges associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found, Jahpoo will — at its option — repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the product.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by removal from packaging, field use, water exposure, or improper storage
• Modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Acts of nature
• Subjective claims involving personal preferences or judgments

Non-Warranty Repairs: If the defect does not meet warranty criteria, Jahpoo may charge a reasonable repair or replacement fee plus return shipping, which must be paid before the product is returned.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. All sales are final unless the exchange falls under the Limited Warranty.
