Return Policy (Flyway Deputy and Rechargeable Battery)
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date only if the product is completely unused, has not been removed from its original packaging, and is returned in new, resalable condition with proof of purchase.
Once a decoy or battery has been removed from its original packaging, placed in the field, powered on, exposed to water, or used in any way, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Only the Flyway Deputy decoy and the rechargeable battery are eligible for return. All other merchandise sales are final.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Jahpoo Outdoors, either through our website or at a game show. For products purchased from authorized dealers, please refer to the dealer’s individual return policy.
Final Sale Policy
Any product purchased during a discounted sale, promotional event, clearance sale, or with a promo code is considered FINAL SALE.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstance.
“Pure Bliss” Guarantee (Flyway Deputy Only)
The Pure Bliss Guarantee is a satisfaction-based return policy available only for the Jahpoo Flyway Deputy decoy and must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
This guarantee applies to lightly used decoys that are:

In good working condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returned with a brief description or photo of field use
If you don’t experience “Pure Bliss” — the relief, relaxation, happiness, or enjoyment experienced by the average hunter while duck hunting (and if you truly don’t, you may want to see a doctor) — you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds under the Pure Bliss Guarantee:

Are issued at the original transaction price

Are less the cost of shipping

Do not apply to discounted or sale items
Any Flyway Deputy purchased during a sale or promotional discount is not eligible for the Pure Bliss Guarantee and is final sale.
Jahpoo reserves the right to deny any return that shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, water damage beyond normal testing, modification, or bad-faith claims. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Jahpoo Outdoors. Purchases made through authorized dealers are subject to their return policies.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must first initiate a return (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new, separate order for the desired product.
