Return Policy / Limited Warranty

Return Policy (Flyway Deputy and Rechargeable Battery)

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date only if the product is unused, has not been removed from its original packaging, and is returned in new, resalable condition with proof of purchase.

If a decoy or battery has been removed from its original packaging, powered on, placed in the field, exposed to water, or used in any way, it is considered USED and is no longer eligible for return.

Only the Flyway Deputy decoy and the rechargeable battery are eligible for return. All other merchandise sales are final.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method for proof of delivery.

Final Sale Policy

Any product purchased during a discounted sale, promotional event, clearance sale, or using a promo code is considered FINAL SALE.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty claims.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Holiday sales

  • Promotional pricing

  • Bundled discounts

  • Clearance items

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all customers.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Jahpoo Outdoors, either through our website or at a game show. For products purchased from authorized dealers, please refer to the dealer’s return policy.

Warranty (Flyway Deputy Only)

Jahpoo warrants the duck decoy products sold on the Website or at an authorized dealer to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, subject to the limitations set forth herein.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser

  • Requires a copy of the original proof of purchase

  • Does not require additional registration

Promotional and discounted items are not eligible for warranty or return coverage.

To request warranty service, please complete and submit our Warranty Return Form along with:

  • A complete description of the problem

  • Your name, address, and telephone number

  • A copy of the original proof of purchase

All transportation, insurance, and freight charges associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found, Jahpoo will, at its option, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the product.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by removal from packaging, field use, water exposure, or improper storage

  • Modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance

  • Acts of nature

  • Subjective claims involving personal preferences or judgments

Non-Warranty Repairs

If the defect does not meet warranty criteria, Jahpoo may charge a reasonable repair or replacement fee plus return shipping, which must be paid before the product is returned.

However, we will repair any duck decoy product returned with either a reusable motor or decoy body for a charge of, and not to exceed, $75.00 per decoy plus return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. All Sales are final unless the exchange falls under Limited Warranty.
